Pensions Dashboards – What You Need to Know

The government’s pensions dashboards programme is designed to make it easier for people to view and manage their pension information in one secure online location. The dashboards will help individuals plan more effectively for retirement by providing access to details of pensions that are not yet in payment, including the State Pension.

Current expectations are that most pension schemes will have connected to the pensions dashboards ecosystem by Autumn 2026; MNOPF successfully connected in January 2026.

A wider public launch is planned for 2027.

As awareness of pensions dashboards grows, scammers may try to take advantage of the increased public interest. It is important to remember that legitimate pensions dashboards representatives will never contact you unexpectedly to ask you to confirm personal or financial information.
