If you think you (or a family member) may be entitled to a defined benefit MNOPF pension please contact myMNOPFpension who will be able to investigate whether you have any entitlement.

You will need your/the member’s:

If you (or a family member) were a member of the Ensign Retirement Plan (for the MNOPF) please note that this plan was closed with effect from 31 March 2018 and member benefits transferred to the Ensign Retirement Plan. Following a re-fresh of the brand, the Ensign Retirement Plan is now known as Ensign. You can find out more at the Ensign website.

If you need to trace benefits from other pension schemes the Pension Tracing Service is a good place to start.

It is important to keep your personal details up to date on our records. If you have moved house or changed your bank account details and need to update myMNOPFpension, you will need to do so in writing. We cannot accept change of address or bank details either over the telephone or by email. You should write to:

If a relative was a member and has passed away, please call or email myMNOPFpension as soon as possible. When you call, it would be helpful to have details of the member’s Membership Number and National Insurance number to hand, but not essential. You can find out more information here.

For deferred members, benefit statements are not automatically issued. If you would like an up to date value of your deferred pension, please email enquiries@myMNOPFpension.co.uk

If you have deferred benefits in the MNOPF, you will not be able to transfer other pension funds into the MNOPF.

The defined benefit (DB) Section of the MNOPF was closed to new members in October 1996 and so you can no longer join, or re-join the MNOPF.
